Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any jewelry boxes or pouches.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Note: Custom-made or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return.

- Ship the product to the return address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the item was purchased using a discount code or as part of a promotion, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the same value or higher. Please follow the return process and mention your exchange request.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or engraved jewelry.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Damaged or Defective Items
